To streamline the registration process, please fill out the Form below with your details. Your participation helps us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone attending.
Before proceeding, please review the following terms and conditions for participation:
Booth Responsibility: As a vendor, you are solely responsible for the setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of your booth throughout the event. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a fine and/or exclusion from future events.
Booth Information: Each vendor will receive a 10×10 booth space, along with 8 foot table, two chairs and themed tablecloth for your convenience, no high pole and drape available at this event.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that there will be no refunds in the event of cancellation. However, any table fees paid will be transferred to the next available event organized by Live with SWAY.
Set-up and Tear Down: Your booth set-up should be completed and ready for operation by 11:30 am on the day of the event only, (no access is available a day prior to the event). Tear down should commence no earlier than 8:00 pm, following the festival’s conclusion.
Confirmation of Participation: Filling out this form does not guarantee your participation. You will receive an email of acceptance or further instructions from our management team. We accept a maximum of three businesses per category. We appreciate your understanding if we are unable to accept your application once the category is full.
Volunteer Support: Our dedicated volunteers will be available to assist you during the event. We kindly ask that you treat them with respect and gratitude for their efforts.
Food Vendor Requirements: If you are a food vendor, please ensure you provide your food inspection and food handling certificate upon submission of this form to inbox.sway@gmail.com – food vendors will be required to fill in a detailed form by the Health and Safety inspection subject to the City of Kitchener approval.
Payment: E-transfer your total booth fees within 48 hours upon receiving your application approval and invoice to the following email: inbox.sway@gmail.com
